Menthol 80mg/g, Methyl Salicylate 300mg/g. Also contains Quaternium-15 1mg/g. Methyl Salicylate, a heating agent that not only heats, but also provides pain relief. How To Use It:

Apply a thin layer and gently massage into affected area until completely absorbed into the skin. Wash hands immediately after use. Repeat 2-3 times daily as necessary.
